Delicate Japanese handmade paper that is a true lace paper. Using a traditional method this paper is an open lattice with the paper only in the cross pattern that borders the openings. Despite the thinness of the paper the fibers are very strong and take a bit to tear them. The most popular way to use the Lace papers is for overlays in paper projects or layering in collage.
