The Flensted mobile fairytale started in 1953 when Christian Flensted made a simple mobile forthe christening of his daughter. That single idea started what has now grown to a company with over 250 mobiles made in a former schoolhouse on the island of Funen in south Denmark.Designed by Ole Flensted in 1990Mirage is a form of illusionary appearance, which has an Italian name because it occurred in the Straits of Messina but is also seen in artic regions.Size - approximately 60cm x 60cm
